Frequently asked questions

While we cannot guarantee the same sitter each time due to scheduling and availability, we will assign a primary sitter to ensure consistency in care. Every member of our team of experienced, trusted sitters will provide the same high level of attention and love, so your pet(s) will always be in good hands!

Viviane will typically handle the first set of visits to get to know your pet and their routine. After that, we will assign a primary sitter, either Viviane or another reliable VIVE team member.

Typically, clients do not meet the primary sitter if it is not Viviane herself. However, if you would like to meet the sitter assigned to your pet, we can certainly arrange that. (Please note there would be a meet-and-greet charge to compensate the sitter for their time.)

Everything is conveniently done through our Time to Pet client portal! Please reach out to Viviane on the portal with any questions.

Through the Time to Pet portal/app! If you have a private matter to discuss with Viviane, please message her under “Private conversation” under the “Conversation” tab. We check portal messages regularly.
